THINGS TO DO
Cultural Sites
For many centuries Rome has been the cradle of civilisation.
It was the capital of the Roman Empire, the centre of art during the Renaissance and the Baroque period,
and the heart of the Catholic world.
St Peter’s Basilica, the squares and Baroque churches,
and the remains of ancient Rome
are all reachable in a few minutes by bike or on foot.
Food & Wine Tours
The apartment is located in the heart of Rome’s nightlife.
All around you will find the most popular evening venues
and renowned traditional restaurants
famous for authentic Roman cuisine.
Here, life continues late into the night.
Tour dei mercatini
Trastevere was once full of artisan workshops which have gradually disappeared, partly replaced by small, carefully curated clothing and design shops.
Just across the river lies the famous Campo de’ Fiori, where Giordano Bruno was burned at the stake and which still hosts one of the oldest open-air markets in the capital.
